How to work with sub-cases
It is very frequent to have cases related to other different cases. A case may trigger several related cases, or a complex case may be split into many smaller cases. Sub-cases are used to link cases, keeping the reference between the main case and the other derivative cases.
To create a sub-case, click on the “more options” icon and on the “sub-case” option. All the cases created as sub-cases will keep the reference number of the main case, making it very easy to work with them as a set.
Once created, the sub-cases can be managed as independent ones. For instance, it is possible to archive a case keeping all their sub-cases opened.
