The document explorer
The documents of the cases can be organized in virtual folders. The document explorer is located in the “documents” tab of the “case” window. You can hide or show the document explorer.
The number indicates the amount of documents that are stored in each folder. If you want to move a document from a virtual folder to another one, select the “Property” option, and then select a new folder. Users can configure the structure of folders.
Navigate to the configuration screen. Select the “Documents” tab and the “others” item. Click on the “Document work folders”. Now, you can add, remove or rename the folders. The new structure will be automatically available in all the existing cases.
