How to create a calendar event

 

To create a new event, click on the “new” icon. It is recommended to assign the event to a specific case, but it is not mandatory. Kleos allows including a lot of additional information about the event.

 

For instance, you can include the location of the event. You can set a reminder if you want to be sure to not forget the appointment. The event will be showed in the agenda of all the office members included in the as “participants” box. When you create a new event you have the option of defining the next steps related to the event.

 

To do so, expand the additional fields section and select the desired next steps. You can define the creation of new tasks, appointments, activities, documents and emails related to the event.
