Emails – New behavior for the selection of the recipient

09/01/2019

With the version 6.4, Kleos offers a completely new user experience for the selection of the recipient of an email. To select a recipient, the user can now type directly into the To, Cc and Bcc fields.

Add a recipient when the case is not selected
When the user types at least 3 characters in the fields To, Cc or Bcc and the case is not selected, Kleos opens a pop-up window with the list of the contacts that satisfy the criteria.
